Group Lesson - Regular Course

English for Life

King's Road's motto is "English for Life".

This means acquiring English that allows you to express yourself in your own words.

That is very useful in life.

For this reason, each level is set based on a comprehensive assessment of vocabulary, grammar, expressive abilities such as speaking and writing, as well as comprehension abilities measured through reading and listening.

Rather than a question-and-answer style of answering questions, the focus is on the ability to interact and communicate with teachers and classmates.

Levels range from beginner to advanced.

75 minutes per lesson - enough time

Group lessons are up to 6 people per class and last 75 minutes.

The longer lesson time allows for more opportunities for communication.

The best thing about group lessons is the interaction with your classmates.

King's Road students come from a wide range of professions and nationalities.

The classes are lively with many opinions being exchanged.

Improve your English skills through stimulating communication.

Abundant teaching materials and rich expressiveness

King's Road has an extensive library that has been collected over many years and original teaching materials that have been researched extensively.
Using these, we conduct classes based on various themes each time. The lesson begins with a familiar conversation such as recent events and personal news, but since it is actually related to the lesson theme of the day, it is possible to work smoothly. The target grammar and vocabulary are naturally incorporated into the situations, so you can learn them easily and efficiently.

Test your English - Cambridge English Exams

King's Road is one of the few schools in Tokyo where you can take the Cambridge English exam.

The Cambridge English exam is an international level English examination organised by the University of Cambridge in the UK.

It may not yet be very familiar in Japan, but among the many English proficiency tests, it is an exam that best tests your ability to understand and use English, and it truly places emphasis on "English for Life."

Taking the exam is not compulsory, but many students take it and see a remarkable improvement in their English skills.
