60 minutes of fun for ages 3 to 6th grade
King's Road's kids courses are for children aged 3 and over until they graduate from elementary school.
There is no need to worry about small children not being able to concentrate.
Group lessons where the children can learn with children of the same age and level as well as private lessons where they can learn at their own pace.
We offer combo lessons where you can take both group and private lessons if you want the best of both worlds!
We also regularly hold intensive courses during school holidays, allowing the students to study English intensively, in a fun environment.

King's Road offers lessons that are perfect not only for Japanese children who want to learn English, but also for children from multilingual homes who hear multiple languages on a daily basis.
When children from Japanese-English or multilingual families are exposed to the Japanese education system, they tend to prioritise the language used at school, where they spend the most time.
We provide lessons to children who have relatives in English-speaking countries so that they can communicate with both parents while living in Japan, and so that they can maintain the same language skills as children their age in English-speaking countries.
Conversely, for students who are receiving education in an English-speaking country, such as an international school, the lessons will also include follow-up on the English classes at school, helping them achieve excellent grades at school.
In addition, in order to help returning students maintain and improve their English, we recommend that they take the Cambridge English Exam, which is a more globally recognized test than TOEIC, and provide lessons suited to their level and age along with exam preparation.

Support for school classes
Children at King's Road always have top grades in school.
This is because the teachers provide solid support for things that the students may not understand in class at school. Please feel free to contact us regarding preparation for university entrance exams, EIKEN exams, etc.
At King's Road, we teach grammar in an easy-to-understand manner in the course of regular lessons (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
Cambridge English Exam (YLE) Exam School
King's Road is one of the few schools in Tokyo where you can take the Cambridge Young Learners Exam (YLE).
What is YLE? YLE is an international test of English for children developed by the University of Cambridge, which assesses all four skills (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking) to a global standard.
Watching the children, who started with ABC, confidently answer questions from Cambridge examiners, is a fantastic way to see how they're making great progress.
Although the test is not compulsory, children who receive a certificate will surely gain confidence in their English ability and aspire to reach the next level.
